This page outlines our process for provide safe and secure income tax services.

As Easy as 1-2-3-4!

Step One:  Provide our office with your tax documents

Option One:  Drop off your documents in a sealed envelope and include your phone number and name on the outside of the envelope.  You can drop off in the Mail/Drop Box Slot to the right of the office door, Suite 17.  This option is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Option Two:  Request a SecureFile Pro file service by calling our office at 805.922.9800.  You will then be able to scan and load your tax return documents to our secure server.  You will need an email address and the ability to scan or take a picture of your documents and upload to the secure file program.

Option Three:  FAX your documents to 805.922.9801.  This is also a secure way to send us your documents. 

Step Two:  Preparing an accurate and complete tax return

All returns will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.  YOU CAN REQUEST A ZOOM CALL if you have an email address and we can review the completed tax return together before submitting.  Simply write “Zoom Call” and your email address on your drop off envelope.  If you use the Secure File Server (Option Two), we will automatically contact you via Zoom at the email provided for your account.  If you are not able to receive a zoom call then I will call you as I prepare your return to review, answer and ask questions, and request approval before sending.  If you have dropped off your documents and not heard from us within 7 days, please contact our office. 

Step Three:  Receiving your accepted and completed tax return

Option One:  Schedule a pick-up appointment time/day to receive your returns at the office. 

Option Two:  Receive a complete SecureFile Pro file of your tax return to your account.  You will have an electronic copy of your return as well as a file with the documents that must be signed/returned.

Option Three:  Your returns can be “Fed-Ex” delivered to you for a $20.00 fee which covers the cost. 

Step Four:  Making payment for your return preparation fees

Option One:  Mail or drop off a check (or cash) at the office when you pick up your return. 

Option Two:  Make payment when we speak on the phone with your credit and debit card or call our office to make payment.
